For several years I have been primarily vegetarian with an occasional digression here and there. Lately I have been hearing alot about the benefits of a vegan diet. I did some research and decided to challenge myself to be vegan for one year. If all goes well then I hope to make veganism a lifelong commitment.
I am blogging about my experiences in changing my habits and creating a more conscious/compassionate life. This blog will cover everything from obstacles and triumphs to research and tasty recipes. More than anything, I hope that this blog will serve to provide a resource to people who want to go vegan or are just interested in what it means to be vegan.
